October 2002. It was quite an experience returning to the traditional way of whisky making after working for years using computers at various other distilleries.

The variety of tasks such as mashing, distillation and warehousing.

DIY

On the rocks, especially at the side of a pool in a hot foreign country.

With my friends and family. My favourite figure from history to share a dram with would be William Wallace.

The passion of staff to turn out a high quality product.
