

1. When did you start work at Knockdhu?
March 2002. I had lived just a mile from the distillery for most of my life, but my family background was in agriculture so this has been a new experience.
2. Best thing about the job?
Being part of such a good team of guys.
3. Favourite pastime when not making anCnoc Single Malt?
As well as spending time with my family, I collect and restore vintage tractors and take part in vintage ploughing matches.
4. Best way to enjoy anCnoc?
At a ploughing match on a cold winter day.
5. Who would you most like to share a glass of anCnoc with?
My wife, because she hates whisky so I'd get her dram too! Also, my late father.
6. What gives anCnoc Single Malt its unique quality?
I think it comes from the long-necked stills as well as the skill of the staff.
