
INGREDIENTS:
· 50ml anCnoc
· 1 Brown Sugar Cube
· 2 Drops Angostura Bitters
· 1 Drop Orange Bitters
· 20ml Madeira Malmsey Wine
· Orange twist to garnish
METHOD:
Place the bitters on the sugar cube, add 25ml of anCnoc first, stir with 3 ice cubes, then add the Madeira Malmsey and add more ice, stir, add the remaining anCnoc with more ice and stir. Garnish with a twist of orange.
