INGREDIENTS:
· 50ml anCnoc
· 25ml Eucalyptus Honey
· 25ml Lemon Juice
· 3 drops Angostura Bitters
· Eucalyptus leaf to garnish

METHOD:
Shake all the ingredients over ice and strain into an old fashioned glass filled with crushed ice, garnish with a eucalyptus leaf.
