Terms & Conditions.

1. This promotion is open to residents of Great Britain & Northern Ireland only excluding employees of the Promoter, their families, agencies, or anyone else directly connected with the promotion.

2. Closing date of the promotion is 30/06/09

3. Entrants must be 18 years or over and a resident of Great Britain & Northern Ireland

4. Internet is required to enter this promotion.

5. To take part in the promotion, enter your details on the competition part of the website at www.anCnoc.com between 30.10.2008 and 30.06.2009. All valid entrants will be notified via entry method if they have won.

6. Visit www.anCnoc.com and follow the entry instructions.

7. After you enter on-line you will need to register your details on www.anCnoc.com

8.There is one barrel (200litre capacity) as the prize.

9. There is no cash alternative for these offers.

10. The winner will be advised after the 30/06/09.

11. The winner will then be given a suitable date to oversee the production and filling of their barrel.

12. The winner will be entitled to travel expenses (from the UK), and this will be arranged by anCnoc.

13. The winner will also be entitled to one nights accommodation at the Huntly Castle Hotel, near the distillery.

14. After the barrel is filled, it must be matured for at LEAST 3 years. The cost of warehousing and maintenance will be met by anCnoc.

15. When the winner decides in conjunction with the master distiller that the barrel is ready for bottling, anCnoc will provide a design service to create a bespoke label and tube wrap, however core branding values must be adhered to and the design rights and all elements remain with anCnoc and the Kncokdhu Distillery. anCnoc will have the final say on the final design elements of the winners bottled stock.

16. The winner will also have his/hers product bottled and the duty element of this will also be picked up by anCnoc.

17. The winner MUST not resale the bottled stock, and anCnoc reserve the right to withdraw this offer is the bottled stock is intended for commercial use or gain.

18. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoters reserve the right to offer alternative prizes of equal or greater value.

19. No cash alternative will be offered in whole or part and the prize is non-transferable.

20. By entering the promotion participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules. All entry instructions form part of the rules.

21. Entries will become the property of the Promoters and will not be returned.

22. Regretfully, we the Promoter cannot be held liable for system failures at the handling house, or on the websites. Neither can the Promoter be held responsible for the failure to fulfil the obligations of any of the third parties involved in this promotion, although we will always endeavour to minimise the effect to the participant of any such failure.

23. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, or the spirit of the promotion, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, refuse to process a claim. The Promoter will be the final arbiter in any decisions and these will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

24. The www.anCnoc.com website may contain links to sites owned or operated by parties other than the Promoter. Such links are provided for your convenience only. The Promoter does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or the security of such sites.

25. Instructions form part of these terms and Conditions. Any breach of these Terms and Conditions will result in a forfeit of the prize.
