This summer we have created a signature serve, giving whisky fans a cool way to enjoy one of their favourite drams this summer – the anCnoc affogato. Our summer serve brings together two multi award-winning premium products – anCnoc 12 years old and Saffron’s Vanilla Ice-cream – to create the ultimate Summer taste sensation.
The creamy vanilla notes of the whisky are intensified when served with the artisan vanilla-pod small batch ice-cream. The flavours are perfectly complemented by the refreshing citrusy zing anCnoc spirit is famous for.
To serve, simply add two generous scoops of Saffron’s ice-cream to a Martini glass and pour a dram of anCnoc 12 years old directly over the ice-cream.
