Some thirty years ago, Spanish and American Oak casks were laid to rest in the traditional earthen floored dunnage warehouse of the Knockdhu Distillery. With time and crafting under the watchful nose of our Distillery Manager, anCnoc 1975 has matured into a finely balanced dram.
