The warehouses at Knockdhu have been guarding the secret magic that is happening inside them for many years. They don't just protect the liquid while it matures but actually add to that maturation process. anCnoc would not be anCnoc without these buildings.
Tasting notes
The finish is long, sweet, spicy and full of dried fruit and caramel.

Nose
This dram has top notes of cut flowers and lemon meringue. It opens up to honey sweetness, creamy vanilla and a touch of sherry spice.
Taste
Rich and firm-textured, sweet flavours of raisins and honey, followed by orange peel and fresh custard topped with hot toffee.
